2021 CWAS Astrofest

It is with great reluctance that the committee of the Central West Astronomical Society has cancelled this year’s CWAS AstroFest due to COVID.

Consequently, the announcement of the CWAS “David Malin Awards” will no longer be held in person, but will be livestreamed on Saturday, 24 July, from 3:00 PM (AEST). Details of the livestream will be posted on the CWAS social media pages.

The official opening of the permanent exhibition at the Parkes Observatory, will be held at a future date when the situation improves.
