Call into the Parkes Visitor Information Centre located within the Henry Parkes Centre on the Newell Highway north of town. The friendly staff can assist you with all your tourism needs including a wide range of local information on accommodation, events and  attractions, destination brochures and maps. Pick up a souvenir to commemorate your visit or choose from a wide variety of regional produce.

A variety of merchandise is also available in store and all year round from the Visit Parkes Online Store!

Visitors can also enjoy free Wi-Fi access from the Information Centre allowing you freedom in downloading apps, researching tourism information, using email, social media, booking tours and accommodation or just 'surfing' the net. While you are there you can even get your photo taken with life sized Elvis!

There is ample parking for long vehicles, amenities including disabled facilities and baby change table, grassy picnic area and a 24 hour visitor information touch screen.
