The mobile blood bank is visiting Parkes and will be set up from 9:45am – 3 pm each day from Monday 30 September to Wednesday 2 October.

Drink up, have 3 or 4 glasses of water or juice in the hours before you donate.

Eat, have a good size breakfast or lunch before you go.
