We welcome you to safely explore the Parkes Region practicing good hygiene and social distancing to reduce this risk of spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community.

Our Council managed Visitor Information Centre, local tourist attractions and hospitality outlets are heeding the Government's directives and risk mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of our community. You too can help when visiting by:

Staying home if you are sick
Vigourously clean your hands with soap and water or hand sanitiser.
Covering your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze.
Practice social distancing by avoiding hand-shaking or leaning on service counters and using online payment options where possible.
