Public Swimming Pools
Parkes
Cool off in the Parkes Aquatic Centre, located on Dalton Street. You can swim laps in the 50 metre heated pool & kids can take a dip in the splash pool. Facilities include the Poolside Cafe, BBQ area, covered grandstand and seating, personal lockers (fees apply) and diving boards (by arrangement & under supervision). There is a disabled hoist for entry to the 50m pool and a water wheelchair.
OPEN TIMES
Open 7 days per week from 6am-7pm, from the October long weekend until the end of March.
From 6am to 10am, the pool is taken up lap swimming and structured activities.
From 10am, the pool is available for general public access.
Public holidays 6am-6pm.
Closed Christmas Day.
Peak Hill Pool
Visitors can cool off in the 33m outdoor Peak Hill pool, located on Boori Street. Facilities include shade areas, a kiosk, change rooms, diving platform and a BBQ area.
Open every day except Tuesday and Thursday, generally from early November until the end of March.
Monday and Wednesday: 11am-7pm
Friday: 11am-6pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am-7pm
Pool closed: Tuesdays & Thursdays, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Check in advance for public holiday closures.
Trundle Pool
Take a dip in the Trundle Pool, located on Parkes Street. Facilities include a shaded toddlers wadding pool, kiosk, diving platform, BBQ area and change rooms.
Open Wednesday through Sunday, generally from early November until the end of March.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 1pm-7pm
Saturday and Sunday: 11am-7pm

Tullamore Pool
The Tullamore Swimming Pool is located on Haylock Street. Facilities include a shaded toddlers wading pool, kiosk, BBQ area, diving board, shade areas and change rooms.
Open Wednesday through Sunday, generally from early November until the end of March.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 1pm-7pm
Saturday and Sunday: 11:30am-7pm
