Parkes Library Author Talks with Kathleen Collier

Kathleen Collier writes laugh-out-loud contemporary stories, in moments snatched from a busy work life. She was born in Parkes and moved to Forbes during her Primary School years where she grew up on a farm amongst a menagerie of four-legged characters including a pig who thought he was a guard-dog and a Shetland Pony who drank beer.

Kathleen now lives in Sydney with her husband, son, a species challenged catdog and a semi normal cat and wild magpie who has adopted the family. ‘Mayhem and Madness’ is her first novel, with her second novel, Mayhem and Monsters which launched in November 2019.
