Recreational Aviation Australia Limited and AMDA Foundation Limited will collaborate once again to organise Fly’n For Fun in Parkes, New South Wales from 12-14 April 2024. Building on the success of the 2022 event, which attracted over 70 aircraft and numerous aviation enthusiasts, and with generous sponsorship from the AMDA Foundation, the 2024 edition will feature an expanded program and more than double the aircraft! The extended program will include a thrilling aerobatic display from Paul Bennet Airshows, static displays, seminars, trial introductory flights, and vendor exhibitions.

Additionally, 2024 will offer a relocation of venue facilitated by the HARS Aviation Museum, allowing for enhanced infrastructure and amenities. The new event site will offer pilots the opportunity to park their aircraft and partake in the time-honored tradition of camping beneath their wings.

Fly’n For Fun aims to unite the recreational aviation community, offering a much-needed social gathering and a chance for recovery post-COVID pandemic. The event promises to provide an ideal setting to reconnect and catch up with fellow aviators, whether it’s swapping stories around the campfire or sharing insights over a cup of coffee.
