Dementia and Wellbeing Information Forum

Do you know what to look out for?

This forum is for anyone interested in dementia. The forum will focus on identifying changes in behaviour, caring for carers, and it will introduce the Dementia Friends Project.

Topics to be covered include:

♦ healthy brain aging

♦ wellness and looking after yourself

♦ Caring for Carers

Presenters will include Jenny Roberts from Dementia Australia and Glen Sorensen from Age Communications Pty Ltd.  The Dementia Australia Memory Van will also be there.

Light lunch, tea and coffee will be provided.

The Dementia and Wellbeing Forum is presented under the Dementia Education and Training for Carers Program, an Australian Government initiative. The program aims to improve the quality of life of people living with dementia by increasing the competence and confidence of their carers.
