Parkes Shire Council is pleased to be partnering with the Parkes Community Arts Inc. (PCA) to host the upcoming Teeny Tiny Arts Festival!

PCA is hosting the festival between the 10 and 18 of December 2021, which includes a jam-packed program. The festival will open with the launch of the Postcards from Parkes exhibition, showcasing art from entrants of all ages across the Shire, with the 10 most popular pieces being made into postcards for distribution around town.

 

Friday 10 December

6pm to 9pm  – Postcards from Parkes Exhibition Opening located at the Coventry Room (Parkes Shire Library).

 

Monday 13 December

3pm to 7pm – ‘Maker Meet’ Design Tech Open Day located at Marramarra Makerspace (Parkes Shire Library).

 

Tuesday 14 December

5pm to 8pm – Lino Printing and Card Making Workshop located at Marramarra Makerspace (Parkes Shire Library).

 

Wednesday 15 December

3pm to 7pm – ‘Maker Meet’ Design Tech Open Day located at Marramarra Makerspace (Parkes Shire Library).

 

Thursday 16 December

12:30 Kokedama Workshop

4pm Succulent Christmas Tree Workshop

7pm Succulent Wreath –

Friday 17 December

5pm Waste to Art Regional Winners Award Ceremony located at Parkes Shire Library.

 

Saturday 18 December

11am Parkes Shire Concert Band Performance located at Cooke Park Pavillion

6pm to 9pm SOIREE event Announcement of Australia Day Cultural Award Nominees located at The Little Theatre.

 

All Week from 9:30 to 5:30 Postcards from Parkes Exhibition will be open located at the Coventry Room (Parkes Shire Library).
